Emergency Department, with 16 doctors and 62 nurses is open all day and all night. In emergency department with 42 beds, the annually admitted patients are more than 1,400 cases, and patient visits reach 120,000 every year. It has various monitoring and rescue equipments and well trained staff specializing in various types of shock, multiple injury, ARDS (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome), DIC (disseminated intravascular coagulation), multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in critically ill patients, diagnosis and treatment of various acute poisoning , acute pulmonary edema, severe cerebrovascular disease and severe acute pancreatitis.

Emergency Department, municipal key department,consisted of emergency room, rescue room, transfusion room ,ward and EICU. The department has accumulated abundant experience in providing expert care for patients with various shock, multiple injuries, ARDS, DIC and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), all kinds of acute intoxication, acute pulmonary edema, severe cerebrovascular disease, severe acute pancreatitis.

Jiyang Xu : Chief Physician, Vice Director of Emergency Department. Special Interests: He is good at diagnosing and treating common disease, frequently occurring emergency diseases, complex emergency diseases, severe shock, MODS, monitoring and treatment of cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation (CPCR), especially in rescuing many varieties of poisoning, which to some extent reaches the national forefront.
